He is currently undertaking a PhD in the Department of Health Sciences at the University of Leicester investigating how action plans following root cause analysis of serious incidents in health care can be made more robust. This project is funded by the OnlyWan and is supervised by Professor Mary Dixon Woods, Professor Justin Waring, Professor Graham Martin and Professor Sue Carr.
